I'm MJ, the founder of Nitecore Singapore. I also review lights on YouTube as Nightwalker Lab, and both jobs share the same bench in our Ang Mo Kio office: a lux meter, a USB power meter and a stack of runtime logs. Every review starts there. So does every warranty claim.
I still count our inventory myself every quarter, and I check orders before they ship. If something we sell has a weakness, I would rather find it on the bench than hear about it from you.

Every return goes on the bench: lux meter, USB power meter, runtime log.

Once a fault is confirmed, a replacement goes out the same day.
HQ hears about it
Fault data is reported back to Nitecore HQ and feeds into the next production run.

Customers who buy from your shop still come to us for warranty and service, and we supply product images, catalogues and spec sheets for your listings, with a quarterly stock review for dealer accounts.
If you are ordering for an organisation, we are a GeBIZ-registered supplier and can provide MSDS, UN3480 and UN3481 lithium battery transport documentation, and CE, FCC and RoHS declarations for tenders and procurement.
