For Retailers: Become a Nitecore Stockist in Singapore

Nitecore Singapore Pte Ltd is the authorized Nitecore distributor for Singapore. We supply over 20 retail locations across the island with the full Nitecore range, ongoing merchandising support, and warranty service routed through our local service centre.

If you operate a hardware store, outdoor retailer, security supply shop, airport concession, gift shop, or sporting goods outlet and want to add Nitecore to your range, this page explains how we work with our retail partners.

What we offer stockists

Wholesale pricing structure. Tiered wholesale pricing scaled to order volume and retail category fit. Pricing is set in line with Nitecore HQ's authorized distributor framework and protects retail margins across the network.

Weekly restocks. Our logistics cycle runs weekly. Confirmed orders from active stockists fulfil from our Singapore warehouse on a regular schedule, with rush restocks available for fast-moving SKUs.

Retail displays and merchandising. We supply branded retail displays, point-of-sale materials, product cards, and shelf-ready merchandising kits. New stockists receive a starter display package matched to their floor space and category mix.

Demo units. Functional demo units for customer trial in-store. Demo units are supplied separately from sale stock and refreshed as new product generations launch.

Warranty service for your customers. All warranty claims on units sold by our retail partners route to our Singapore service centre. You do not run the RMA process. Your customer walks back into your shop with a faulty unit, you collect it, we handle the repair or replacement and return it to you. This protects your customer relationship and removes warranty admin from your operations.

Product training. Walkthrough sessions for retail staff on the Nitecore range, key features, beam profiles, runtime trade-offs, and how to match products to customer use cases. Available in-store or at our office.

Early access to new product launches. Active retail partners receive product launch information and stock allocation ahead of public release, including embargo dates, marketing materials, and recommended retail pricing guidance.

Co-marketing support. Joint marketing on our social channels, YouTube reviews highlighting where products are stocked locally, and event collaboration on outdoor, tactical, and EDC retail events.

What we expect from stockists

We are a small, focused distributor. We work best with retail partners who treat the range as a real category, not a one-time order. The baseline expectations:

• Maintain a representative range across at least two product categories (e.g. flashlights and headlamps, or chargers and power banks)
• Display product visibly with our supplied merchandising
• Train staff on the basics of the range
• Hold the supplied retail price band, in line with Nitecore HQ's authorized distributor framework
• Order on a regular cadence (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on category and store size)

2. Approximate retail floor space and number of locations
3. Estimated monthly volume across torches and accessories at your existing categories
4. Customer profile (outdoor, tactical, EDC, industrial, gift, general consumer, etc.)
5. Any specific Nitecore products or categories you have customers asking for

We respond within two business days with a wholesale price list, starter range recommendation matched to your store profile, and a proposed onboarding plan.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity to become a stockist? A: MOQ depends on store category and starter range. New stockists typically begin with a curated starter package matched to floor space. We confirm MOQ during the initial enquiry process.

Q: Do you offer drop-ship or marketplace fulfilment for online retailers? A: Our standard model is direct wholesale to retail. For online retailers and marketplace sellers, contact us with your operating model and we will assess on a case-by-case basis. We do not support unauthorized parallel sales on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop outside our existing authorized channels.

Q: Can we list Nitecore on our own e-commerce site? A: Yes, with conditions. Active retail stockists with a physical presence can run e-commerce listings within Nitecore HQ's authorized distributor framework. We provide product images, descriptions, and recommended pricing. We do not authorize e-commerce-only listings without a physical retail operation.

Q: How does warranty service work for our customers? A: Your customer brings the faulty unit back to your shop. You log the unit with our service centre using our retailer warranty form. We collect, repair or replace under Nitecore HQ's manufacturer warranty terms, and return the unit to your shop within standard service turnaround. You hand the resolved unit back to your customer.

Q: Do you support pop-up or event retail? A: Yes. We support stockists running pop-up events, trade shows, and seasonal retail with rush stock, demo loaners, and event merchandising. Lead time for event support is typically two weeks.

Q: Are wholesale prices the same across all stockists? A: Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume and retail category, not negotiated per stockist. The structure protects fairness across the network and keeps retail pricing stable.
