Is my order from this site covered by the local warranty? Yes. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase for any claim.
How long is the warranty? One to three years depending on the product, plus 60-day returns on full-priced online orders. The warranty page has the full breakdown.
I bought my Nitecore somewhere else in Singapore. Can you service it? If it came through our authorized channel, yes, the same warranty applies. Otherwise we can quote a paid repair if it is fixable.
Can I see one in person before I buy? Yes. Over 20 authorized shops across Singapore carry the range. Find a shop near you.
Do you ship outside Singapore? Yes, including Malaysia and the Philippines. International orders carry the same manufacturer warranty, and warranty service requires the unit to come back to Singapore at the buyer's cost.
