Ordinary rechargeable AAs are Ni-MH, which sit at 1.2V and sag further as they drain. Devices dim, motors slow, and a half-full battery can read as flat.
The NH2400 holds a constant 1.5V and its voltage drops smoothly and gently right to the end. Your flash keeps firing at full power, your toy keeps its speed, and your light stays bright until the cell is truly empty.

Each cell charges through its own USB-C port, and the included 4-split cable tops up all four at the same time from a single source in around 3 hours. The cable carries a USB-A and USB-C end, so it plugs into a wall brick, a laptop or a power bank.

The constant 1.5V is what lets the NH2400 run high-drain gear (flashes, motors, bright lights) at full performance, where 1.2V Ni-MH cells sag. For low-drain items like remotes and clocks, any of these works, but only the NH2400 recharges over USB-C and holds full voltage.FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will it work in any AA device?
Yes. It is a standard AA size and shape and delivers 1.5V, so it drops into anything that takes an AA. Always replace all the batteries in a device together, and do not mix it with other types or brands in the same device.
Do I need a special charger?
No. Each cell charges over its own USB-C port using the included 4-split cable, from any USB-A or USB-C source. There is no charging dock or bay to buy. The battery charges only through the USB-C port, not inside a device.

Now it's time to review after 1 month of usage with highest setting on my doorbell. Most of the famous brand batteries out there couldn't even last a week with highest setting like lingering detection with immediate recording, face detection and even get better network connection with this NITECORE AA BATTERIES.
