True colour, soft and even, with no harsh glare.
A total reflective optic lens spreads the 300-lumen beam into a uniform, soft wash that suits close-up work. The light lands where you point it without the hotspot and ring you get from a cheap reflector.
High CRI brings out true colour in whatever you light up. It reads a label honestly, and it is the kind of light commonly used to reveal fine scratches in high-end car paintwork.
Two extra modes most keychain lights leave out.
The auxiliary UV LED puts out 500mW at 365nm, enough to spot the security marks on banknotes and forged documents. It doubles as a fluorescent chemical tester, a charger for phosphorescent and glow materials, and an insect attractor, so several small jobs live in one light.
A 22-lumen beacon mode flashes steadily for up to 20 hours, which makes the TIKI easy to find in a dark tent or useful as a marker when you set it down.

APC (Advanced Power Cutoff) Technology gives the built-in 130mAh cell a 365-day standby life, comparable in efficiency to a AAA battery, with up to 40 hours of runtime on ultralow. When it does run low, plug it into any USB power bank and keep using it while it charges.
The frosted polycarbonate body gives a comfortable, steady grip and glows in the dark so you can find it without light. The stainless steel head is tough and dissipates heat well, and the whole light takes a 1-metre drop and an IPX66 rinse in its stride.
